Quotes and work authorization

Diagnostic findings and repair recommendations are explained before non-emergency work proceeds. Approving a repair authorizes parts and labor as described. Emergency measures to stop active flooding may be authorized to protect your property.

Estimates & payment

Diagnostic pricing and repair quotes are provided before non-diagnostic repair work begins when practical.
Quotes may change if additional issues are discovered, with your approval.
Payment is typically due upon completion of approved work unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties

Parts and labor warranties, when offered, are described on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from mowers, freezes, third-party work, landscaping, or misuse.
